Application form and General Conditions for the summer holidays 2012

GENERAL CONDITIONS

CHF 4'570.- for 3 weeks, CHF 3'625 for 2 weeks: this includes full board and room, foreign language lessons, services, taxes, supervision, laundry, accident insurance, expenses for sports, excursions, entertainments, tshirt and cap with school emblem.
Expenses charged extra: eventual travel arrangements (airport transfer), tennis, golf, riding, paintball. Eventual costs for medicine or doctor.

A deposit of Sfr 1000.- (not refundable in case of annulation) is required and is to be paid when the application is sent. The application form has to be sent duly filled in and signed as soon as possible.

• The costof stay is to be paid in advance, at the latest the day of arrival.
• No adjustement in the price is made if the child arrives to school later than the foreseen dates, or leaves it before the agreed day of depature or the end of the term. The price is to be paid completely for the agreed period. The same in the case of absence, withdrawal or expulsion of the child.
• The eventual damages made in the school by the child will be charged to the parents.
• A medical certificate, which will be sent to you on due time, has to be filled in by your doctor before the child's arrival, and handed to our office. If no certificate is provided, we will have the medical checking made by our doctor at your charge.
• In case the child has no private accident insurance, such an insurance will be taken by the school for the length of the child's stay, at the above mentioned rate.
• A personal international Illness Card insurance is obligatory.
